To harness your unique gifts, it is important to be aware of the energies you take in because they directly affect your energy field and body, either raising your frequency or lowering it.

About Me
My Journey
Since childhood, I have been deeply aware of energy, sensing it in people, places, and objects. I assumed everyone could feel what I felt. I would unknowingly use playing cards as if they were tarot, receive intuitive insights, and experience empathic connections so strong they blurred the boundaries between myself and others. Only later did I understand that these experiences were signs of being both an empath and energy-sensitive.
In 2010, becoming a parent awakened an even deeper layer of awareness. When my son developed eczema, I began exploring how food, products, technology, and the environment affect us not only physically but also energetically. By transforming our lifestyle from the food and water we consumed to the products we used and the mindset we held, I witnessed a dramatic improvement in our health. This experience became the doorway to a deeper spiritual discovery.
In 2015, I found myself drawn to meditation, though I didn’t fully understand why. By 2019, I was guided to my first Reiki session, where I experienced a powerful energetic shift...something I couldn’t yet explain. During the global pause of 2020, I felt called back to tarot, which reawakened my natural gifts and deepened my spiritual practice. When my uncle passed in 2023, my heart opened to the mystery of life beyond death, leading me to explore mediumship, quantum healing, and even deeper energy work.
I am a descendant of an Ascended Master, and although my path has never been religious, it has always been deeply spiritual. I believe that all ascended masters were, at their core, spiritual teachers. I have studied and practiced Usui Reiki, Quantum Reiki, and QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), and I trained in mediumship with Suzanne Giesemann. I also work with tarot and oracle cards, the Akashic Records, and other tools that help people reconnect with their inner truth, discover healing, and live with purpose.
Everyone’s journey is their own, guiding them to self-understanding, healing, and soulful connection. Every journey is powerful, every journey is unique.
